1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. If you are not satisfied with the service delivered, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery so our team can review and resolve the issue.
In many cases, we will first attempt to correct, revise, or improve the service before issuing a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email digital@apexominc.com with the following details:
Full name and contact information
Order or invoice number
Description of the purchased service
Reason for requesting the refund
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Refund Approval & Processing
If your refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed within 7 – 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Partial Refunds
If services have already been partially completed or delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
In some cases, clients may also be offered service credits for future services.
5. Non-Delivery of Services
In rare cases, service delivery notifications may not be received due to email provider issues.
If you believe your service has not been delivered, please contact our Billing Department within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Our team will investigate and assist with the issue.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing or using delivered materials, please contact our Technical Support Team.
Technical issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery so our team can properly investigate and resolve the problem.
7. Service Errors or Defects
All deliverables are carefully reviewed before delivery; however, unexpected issues may occasionally occur.
If a verified service error or defect is reported:
Our team will attempt to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
If the issue cannot be resolved within that timeframe, the client may be eligible for:
A replacement service, or
A refund, depending on the situation.
In some cases, temporary access to the client’s system or server may be required to diagnose and fix the issue.
8. Service Not As Described
If you believe the service delivered significantly differs from what was described at the time of purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.
Supporting information may be requested to properly evaluate the claim.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If such information is identified, it will be removed immediately and any related orders may be cancelled.
10. Policy Updates
Apexom Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
